Abstract
⺠Polymethoxyflavones (PMFs) in two hybrid citrus sp. were quantified by HPLC. ⺠HPLC condition: The C18 column and solvent mixture of water and ACN in the gradient mode at UV 330 nm. ⺠Major PMFs in Kiyomi tangor: 3,6,7,4â²-Tetramethoxyflavone and 3-hydroxy-5,6,7,4â²-tetramethoxyflavone. ⺠Major PMFs in Satsuma mandarin: 5,6,7,8,4â²-Pentamethoxyflavone and 5,6,7,3â²,4â²-pentamethoxyflavone.
