Abstract
► Polymethoxyflavones (PMFs) in two hybrid citrus sp. were quantified by HPLC. ► HPLC condition: The C18 column and solvent mixture of water and ACN in the gradient mode at UV 330 nm. ► Major PMFs in Kiyomi tangor: 3,6,7,4′-Tetramethoxyflavone and 3-hydroxy-5,6,7,4′-tetramethoxyflavone. ► Major PMFs in Satsuma mandarin: 5,6,7,8,4′-Pentamethoxyflavone and 5,6,7,3′,4′-pentamethoxyflavone.
