Abstract
⺠Resveratrol dietary supplement decreased the bioavailability of cyclosporine. ⺠Resveratrol-cyclosporine interaction may cause acute rejection in transplant patient. ⺠Resveratrol induced the activities of P-gp and CYP3A4. ⺠Resveratrol may reduce the clinical efficacy of substrates of P-gp and/or CYP3A.
