Abstract
► A phenolics-rich fraction was prepared from Portulaca oleracea by reversed-phase elution. ► Antioxidant activity of enriched fraction was higher compared to crude extract. ► Lipid stabilizing capacity of this fraction was higher compared to crude extract. ► This fraction was seen to contain the phenolics of interest at the highest amounts.
