Abstract
⺠A phenolics-rich fraction was prepared from Portulaca oleracea by reversed-phase elution. ⺠Antioxidant activity of enriched fraction was higher compared to crude extract. ⺠Lipid stabilizing capacity of this fraction was higher compared to crude extract. ⺠This fraction was seen to contain the phenolics of interest at the highest amounts.
