Abstract
⺠Phenolic compounds and bioactivities of tomato waste extracts were determined. ⺠Some individual phenolic compounds were identified and quantified by HPLC. ⺠Tomato waste extracts exhibited good antioxidant properties. ⺠Tomato waste extracts influenced cell growth depending on cell lines and dose. ⺠Tomato waste should be regarded as potential nutraceutic resource.
