Abstract
⺠Curcumin and ascorbic acid were associated. ⺠Antifungal activity of isolated and associated compounds was analysed. ⺠Antioxidant activity of isolated and associated compounds was analysed. ⺠The association with ascorbic acid decreased the curcumin MIC. ⺠Antioxidant activity of curcumin was increased by ascorbic acid.
