Abstract
► Aflatoxins, ochratoxin A and zearalenone have been evaluated in Navarrian barley. ► The co-occurrence of six mycotoxins in the samples has been demonstrated. ► The maximum mycotoxin levels have been far below the EU maximum permitted levels. ► No significant differences have been found among the different years of harvest. ► No differences have been found with regard to barley varieties, farming or origin.
