Abstract
⺠Aflatoxins, ochratoxin A and zearalenone have been evaluated in Navarrian barley. ⺠The co-occurrence of six mycotoxins in the samples has been demonstrated. ⺠The maximum mycotoxin levels have been far below the EU maximum permitted levels. ⺠No significant differences have been found among the different years of harvest. ⺠No differences have been found with regard to barley varieties, farming or origin.
