Abstract
⺠Ethanol extracts of the fruits of Alpinia caerulea showed antiangiogenic effects. ⺠Zerumin A from the fruits inhibited vessel formation in zebrafish embryos. ⺠Zerumin A affected multiple molecular targets of angiogenesis in zebrafish embryos. ⺠Zerumin A inhibited human umbilical vein endothelial cell proliferation and migration.
