Abstract
⺠Five glycosides were identified together with three known analogues from the sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus. ⺠This is the first report of a nortriterpene glycoside from sea cucumber. ⺠The isolates showed potent antifungal activities. ⺠Structure-activity relationship and chemical diversity are discussed.
