Abstract
⺠OMW exhibited comparable antioxidant activity to the ascorbic acid. ⺠OMW showed a higher iron(II) chelating activity than EDTA. ⺠Microfiltrated OMW higher antioxidant capacity than the corresponding phenolic extract. ⺠OMW storage increased its extractable phenolic content and its antioxidant activity.
