Abstract
► PSC increased the migration of human keratinocytes (HaCaT) cells. ► HaCaT cells grown on PSC-coated plates increased fibronectin synthesis. ► PSCs induced HaCaT cell proliferation and increase cells in S phase and maintain larger population of cells in mitosis.
