Abstract
⺠We analysing eight underivatised biogenic amines in fish by SPE-LC-MS/MS. ⺠“Matrix-matched standards” was used for quantification. ⺠Better sensitivity and precision that dansyl derivatives by fluorescence detection. ⺠Biogenic amines in fish from Valencia were not a risk for consumers.
