Abstract
► We analysing eight underivatised biogenic amines in fish by SPE-LC-MS/MS. ► “Matrix-matched standards” was used for quantification. ► Better sensitivity and precision that dansyl derivatives by fluorescence detection. ► Biogenic amines in fish from Valencia were not a risk for consumers.
