Abstract
⺠HPLC-ESI-TOF-MS permitted the characterisation of 23 phenolic compounds. ⺠The phenolic compounds geographical behaviour is studied in 'Chemlali' olive oils. ⺠Fifteen compounds were useful to establish a canonical discriminant model of the oils. ⺠A correct classification is achieved with the canonical discriminant analysis.
