Abstract
⺠A GC-ECD method was validated for determination of T-2 and HT-2 toxins in Chinese herbal medicines. ⺠The positive samples or interfering peaks were confirmed by GC-MS. ⺠All samples were treated by IAC clean-up and pre-column derivatization with HFBI. ⺠T-2 and HT-2 toxins were not detected in all 99 tested samples. ⺠The developed method was sensitive, reproducible and accurate with low LOD and satisfactory recovery.
