Abstract
⺠Xanthohumol was efficiently purified by high-speed counter-current chromatography. ⺠The structure of xanthohumol was identified by UV, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. ⺠The prepared xanthohumol from hops extract can be used as the reference reagent.
