Abstract
⺠A SPME-GC-MS/MS method for pesticide residue determination in wines was developed. ⺠The method is applicable to six fungicides and one acaricide in still and fortified wines. ⺠The extraction consists in a solvent free and automated procedure. ⺠Recoveries from spiked wine ranged from 80.1% to 112.0%. ⺠Limits of quantification were considerably below the proposed maximum residue limits in grapes.
