Abstract
► A SPME-GC-MS/MS method for pesticide residue determination in wines was developed. ► The method is applicable to six fungicides and one acaricide in still and fortified wines. ► The extraction consists in a solvent free and automated procedure. ► Recoveries from spiked wine ranged from 80.1% to 112.0%. ► Limits of quantification were considerably below the proposed maximum residue limits in grapes.
