Abstract
⺠On-line SPE was applied to the determination of all main lipophilic marine toxins. ⺠High sample throughput was achieved by coupling on-line SPE and LC-ESI-MS/MS. ⺠On-line desalting of hydrolysed shellfish extracts avoided ESI signal suppression. ⺠No matrix effects were observed for mussel extracts after on-line SPE. ⺠Lipophilic toxins were found in mussels from North West coast of Spain.
