Abstract
⺠A two-site mAb-GICA was developed for detection of peanut allergen Ara h1 in foods. ⺠GICA is a fast, simple, semi-quantitative method with a sensitivity of 10 ng/ml. ⺠GICA is potentially useful for food allergen labeling surveillance in China Customs.
