Abstract
⺠Sunflower and corn oils can be potential adulterant in high price value oil of virgin coconut oil (VCO). ⺠FTIR spectroscopy combined with partial least square can quantify the levels of sunflower and corn oils in VCO. ⺠Discriminant analysis can classify VCO and VCO added with sunflower and corn oils.
