Abstract
► Electronic panel can analyse wines with different antioxidant capability. ► E-nose and e-eye can discriminate wines bottled with closures of different OTR. ► E-tongue can discriminate wines with different polyphenol content. ► The combination of e-nose, e-tongue and e-eye improves the discrimination. ► The e-panel is a valuable tool for wineries and oenological centres.
