Abstract
⺠Electronic panel can analyse wines with different antioxidant capability. ⺠E-nose and e-eye can discriminate wines bottled with closures of different OTR. ⺠E-tongue can discriminate wines with different polyphenol content. ⺠The combination of e-nose, e-tongue and e-eye improves the discrimination. ⺠The e-panel is a valuable tool for wineries and oenological centres.
