Abstract
⺠LC method simple-optimised for the determination of hydroxytyrosol olive extracts. ⺠Samples are only diluted and injected avoiding tedious extractions. ⺠Method is rapid: rt = 3.5 min, without interferences in the complex matrix. ⺠Validation according US FDA guideline for these kind of samples. ⺠Method has been applied to stability studies and real samples analysis.
