Abstract
⺠Curcumin is one of the important food additive and a potential therapeutic agent. ⺠High-efficient and low-cost column chromatographic extraction methods developed. ⺠More than 99% extraction rate with 8-fold 80% ethanol for quantitative analysis. ⺠More than 99% extraction rate with 2-fold 80% ethanol for large production. ⺠High content extracts, minimum use of solvent and minimum energy costs.
