Abstract
⺠Iodate in iodised table salt is reacted with acidic hydroxylamine producing NO2. ⺠Reaction is performed using flow analysis, and NO2- is detected with Griess reagent. ⺠Photometric detection is utilized and a detection limit of 0.02 mg L-1 is achieved. ⺠The method is highly selective for iodate. ⺠A sample throughput of 24 per hour is achieved.
