Abstract
⺠Young leaves of seven Ficus species contain considerable phenolics and flavonoids. ⺠Extracts of the young leaves exhibit excellent in vitro antioxidant capacities. ⺠Phenolics and flavonoids act as important antioxidants. ⺠Young leaves of two Ficus species show notable antioxidant potential.
