Abstract

âº Selected pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables and peoples' awareness were investigated. âº Pesticides were present in fruits and vegetables. âº The survey revealed more than 70 % of the participants complained poisoning on eating fruits. âº The public is in the know of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables. âº Children the most vulnerable part of the population was at risk with some pesticides.
