Abstract
⺠TPP technology can be used to purify the α-amylase inhibitor protein form common bean seeds. ⺠NaN3-induced mutation affects the activity of α-amylase inhibitor on common bean seeds. ⺠Significant variations in the activity of α-amylase inhibitor were observed with the mutant SA-05 had the highest activity amongst the tested accessions.
