Abstract
⺠Optimum extraction conditions of phenolics from Mangifera pajang peels have been studied. ⺠Optimum conditions for antioxidant capacity has been established. ⺠The predicted and experimental values are in good agreement. ⺠Six phenolic compounds have been identified.
