Abstract
⺠HTF and LA were separated from C. aurantium var amara for the first time. ⺠HTF had higher activity than 5-F on inhibiting proliferation of three cell lines. ⺠LA had a higher inhibition effect on MDA relative to Vc. ⺠HTF and LA have evident anti-inflammatory activity from 6.25 to 100 μg/ml.
