Abstract
												⺠Kiwifruit remnant settled volume was treble fruit volume after in vitro digestion. ⺠Settled digested kiwifruit remnants almost halved the rate of glucose diffusion. ⺠Digested kiwifruit remnants greatly decreased mixing of low viscosity guar solution.
