Abstract
⺠Candida rugosa and porcine pancreatic lipases immobilisation by entrapment and covalent binding. ⺠Production of isoamyl acetate which is widely used in food and cosmetic industries. ⺠Covalently bound lipase showed higher efficiency than entrapped lipase. ⺠The produced isoamylacetate amount was considerably higher when batch type reactor was used.
