Abstract
► Candida rugosa and porcine pancreatic lipases immobilisation by entrapment and covalent binding. ► Production of isoamyl acetate which is widely used in food and cosmetic industries. ► Covalently bound lipase showed higher efficiency than entrapped lipase. ► The produced isoamylacetate amount was considerably higher when batch type reactor was used.
