Abstract
⺠Flavonoids were isolated from Korean Citrus aurantium L. ⺠Flavonoids induced G2/M arrest and apoptosis in A549 cells. ⺠Flavonoids controlled the expression level of cell-cycle-related proteins. ⺠Flavonoids induce apoptosis through the regulation of the expression of caspases, cleaved PARP and Bax/Bcl-xL ratio.
