Abstract
⺠Tyrosinase inhibitory activities of coumarin derivatives were first evaluated. ⺠IC50 value of the most potent tyrosinase inhibitor is 3.44 μM. ⺠SARs show that thiosemicarbazide is an important group. ⺠Inhibitory mechanism was determined.
