Abstract
⺠An HPLC-TQ-MS method for holistic quality evaluation of Rehmanniae Radix was developed and validated. ⺠Three kinds of bioactive components were selected as quantitative markers. ⺠SIR scan mode was employed for improvement of selectivity and sensitivity. ⺠Different batches of raw and processed Rehmanniae Radix were compared.
