Abstract
⺠No heating saponification and dSPE clean-up was developed to determine cholesterol level. ⺠The cholesterol recovery ranged from 94.34-102.34% with a RSD of 0.63% to 4.10%. ⺠This method is accurate of cholesterol with reduce sample preparation time and cost.
