Abstract
⺠Burdock (Arcticum lappa L.) root treatment significantly reduced body weight in rats. ⺠The AL-2 contained ingredients with the most effective hypolipidemic potential. ⺠Burdock root suppresses lipid synthesis by activating AMPK. ⺠Burdock root is expected to be useful for anti-obesity.
