Abstract
► Senegalese sole juveniles were fed with increasing levels of plant protein sources. ► An increase of lipids in liver, but not in muscle, was observed. ► An increasing level of C18:2 n-6 was observed in muscle. ► ARA and DHA levels in muscle remained similar among treatments.
