Abstract
⺠Senegalese sole juveniles were fed with increasing levels of plant protein sources. ⺠An increase of lipids in liver, but not in muscle, was observed. ⺠An increasing level of C18:2 n-6 was observed in muscle. ⺠ARA and DHA levels in muscle remained similar among treatments.
