Abstract
												⺠Oligosaccharides in beer were systematically analysed using MALDI-TOF-MS. ⺠The contribution from three different DHB isomer matrices was investigated. ⺠The optimum conditions for the detection were the 2,6-DHB matrix and 4-fold dilution. ⺠Sodium chloride provided greater ionisation than sodium trifluoroacetate.
