Abstract
⺠Whey protein hydrolysate possesses angiotensin I-converting enzyme (ACE)-inhibitory activity and antihypertensive effect. ⺠It can decrease the blood pressure of SHRs. ⺠It can decrease the ACE activity in plasma, lung, kidney and abdominal aorta of SHRs.
