Abstract
⺠Phytochemical investigation of Aframomum melegueta was carried out. ⺠Five diarylheptanoids and five hydroxyphenylalkanones were identified. ⺠ERα agonist/antagonist effects of the isolated compounds were investigated. ⺠Molecular docking of the active compounds was carried out.
