Abstract
⺠Lower solvent volumes can be used to quantify fatty acids with AOAC method. ⺠Mono- and poly-unsaturated fatty acids were underestimated with ISO method. ⺠Lipid peroxidation was lowest with ISO method, which uses high temperatures.
