Abstract
⺠We validated ICP-MS/OES analyses of Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Mo, P, and Zn in peanuts. ⺠A dynamic reaction cell improved accuracy and precision in Cu, Fe, and Zn analyses. ⺠We investigated variation in essential mineral composition of 56 peanut genotypes. ⺠High variation, especially in Ca and Mn, indicated good plant breeding potential.
