Abstract
► A new methodology is proposed for Rhodamine B (RhB) fluorimetric determination. ► Cloud point extraction allowed dye determination removing matrix interferences. ► CPE was realized at room temperature without risk of analyte decomposition. ► Proposed methodology was useful for RhB control in foodstuffs. ► Developed methodology is simple, employing inexpensive instrumentation.
