Abstract
⺠A new methodology is proposed for Rhodamine B (RhB) fluorimetric determination. ⺠Cloud point extraction allowed dye determination removing matrix interferences. ⺠CPE was realized at room temperature without risk of analyte decomposition. ⺠Proposed methodology was useful for RhB control in foodstuffs. ⺠Developed methodology is simple, employing inexpensive instrumentation.
