Abstract
► Manchega sheep milk used for cheese making is a complex sample for its high fat content. ► MSPD has been used as a good extraction method of macrolides from manchega sheep milk. ► HPLC with DAD-UV was used for separation and quantitative analysis of 7 antibiotics. ► Recovery data were satisfactory and LOQs below levels imposed by regulations.
