Abstract
⺠Manchega sheep milk used for cheese making is a complex sample for its high fat content. ⺠MSPD has been used as a good extraction method of macrolides from manchega sheep milk. ⺠HPLC with DAD-UV was used for separation and quantitative analysis of 7 antibiotics. ⺠Recovery data were satisfactory and LOQs below levels imposed by regulations.
