Abstract
► Chlorogenic acids contents were evaluated in Coffea arabica cultivars from various crops. ► Average chlorogenic acids contents in all cultivars and crops ranged from 6.1 ± 0.7 to 6.6 ± 1.1 g 100 g−1 dw. ► Chlorogenic acids contents did not vary significantly among cultivars but differed among crops.
