Abstract
⺠Selected phenolic acids including dihydrocaffeic, caffeic, and ferulic acids. ⺠Different fatty alcohols from C4 to C18. ⺠Good medium system for esterification achieved with hexane and butanone. ⺠Different performance for different phenolic acids as well as alcohols. ⺠System for dihydrocaffeic acid and octanol optimised with RSM.
