Abstract
⺠Pomegranate seed oil was a rich source of conjugated linolenic acid and tocopherols. ⺠50% acetone and 80% methanol were proper for extractions of phenolics and flavonoids respectively. ⺠Variation in phenolics, flavonoids, proanthocyanidins and antioxidant properties were observed.
