Abstract
► Pomegranate seed oil was a rich source of conjugated linolenic acid and tocopherols. ► 50% acetone and 80% methanol were proper for extractions of phenolics and flavonoids respectively. ► Variation in phenolics, flavonoids, proanthocyanidins and antioxidant properties were observed.
