Abstract
⺠Water extracts of P. cornucopiae fruiting body showed antihypertensive ACE inhibitory activity. ⺠Antihypertensive ACE inhibitor was purified by chromatography methods. ⺠Water extracts of P. cornucopiae fruiting body showed a clear antihypertensive effect on SHR. âºP. cornucopiae fruiting body can be used as the functional food or nutraceutical compounds.
