Abstract
⺠HR-ICP-MS made possible to detect Fe and Sn in food without an interference problem. ⺠The bottom up method was used with a practical, detailed and well-explained way. ⺠Calibration curve, repeatability and recovery were the dominant effects on uncertainty. ⺠The reasonable percentage relative uncertainties were obtained (8.2-16.4%). ⺠The concentrations of Cd and Fe in tomato paste samples exceeded legal limits.
