Abstract
⺠We developed a HPLC method to quantify main polyphenols in pomegranate products. ⺠This method displayed a good daily reproducibility and quantified ability. ⺠This method greatly reduced the detection time and solvent consumption. ⺠This method showed a good quantification of polyphenols in pomegranate peel.
