Abstract
⺠Cover crops in vineyard have the potential improvement of wine flavour. ⺠Eleven impact odorants were revealed in the wines from cover crops and clean tillage. ⺠Alfalfa cover crop was the best to enhance wine flavour, tall fescue was the next.
