Abstract
⺠Antioxidant capacity of rapeseed varieties was determined. ⺠Antioxidants content in rapeseed differ significantly. ⺠Total glucosinolates and erucic acid contents varied among rapeseed cultivars. ⺠Total phenolics in rapeseed varieties correlated with their antioxidant capacity. ⺠Darker rapeseed cultivars contain higher levels of antioxidants.
